Husband and wife team Jeff and Rachel Popp live for the outdoors. As a 4th generation Colorado native, Jeff’s lifelong dream has been to own a (relatively) small part of the state his family has called home since the late 1800s. Now that we own our own piece of Colorado heaven, we want to share the unforgettable experience, memories and beauty of our property with others looking for an escape from the city.
